1. Contest Details, Concept and Participation:
a. These terms and conditions apply to the Heineken for consumers (hereinafter referred to as "Contest") sponsored and launched by United Breweries Limited (‘UBL’) through Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. (‘Agency’). which shall be the primary implementation partner for the Contest. Consumers of UBL’s products may participate by scanning the QR Code or by visiting the website : https://www.heineken.com/in/en/ucl2025
b. The Contest is valid to all residents of India who are above the legal drinking age in their respective states and is valid till 30-May-2025 (hereinafter referred to as "Contest Period", both dates included, extendable at the discretion of UBL). The Contest is subject to the respective laws/rules of States in India.
c. During the Contest Period, prizes would be awarded to the winners who will be selected during the Contest Period. Each winner shall be eligible subject to the conditions duly fulfilled by the shortlisted winner.
d. All Intellectual Property Rights of UBL or licensed to UBL shall perpetually vest with UBL and shall under no circumstance be construed or deemed to be transferred to the participant of the Contest or any other party, without the express written approval of UBL. rights including trademark, copyright, and designs used are the property of their respective owners.
e. The Contest shall be undertaken by Agency in compliance with all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
f. Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Contest shall individually be referred to as "Participant" and collectively as "Participants", who under no circumstance shall be represented by anyone else on their behalf at any point during this Contest.
2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
a. By participating in this Contest, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions available on https://www.heineken.com/in/en/ucl2025 ("Contest Website") as well as the decisions of UBL, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Participating in the Contest and winning a prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein.
b. UBL reserves the right to exclude any person from the contest on grounds of misconduct or criminal record.
c. UBL reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Contest, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason thereto. All decisions of UBL in respect of the Contest and the prizes therein shall be at the sole discretion of UBL or the Agency and will be final and binding on the Participant.
3. Eligibility:
a. This Contest will be open to all the residents of India above the legal drinking age in their respective state of participation. The Contest is subject to the laws/rules of respective States.
b. Employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partner of UBL and Agency are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
c. UBL or its Agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play. All Participants agree that even if they are registered under National Do Not Call registry by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) or their respective service provider’s Do Not Disturb list, UBLwill have all the authority to call such shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Contest.
4. Contest Period & Contest Timings:
a. The Contest will be available up till 11:59:59 PM on 30-May-2025
b. Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received on the Agency computer.
c. Entries coming outside the Contest Period or invalid entries (i.e. incorrect details, non-completion of the game, incorrect unique code, etc.) will not be considered for winner selection.
d. The contest shall run on select SKU of United Breweries Product – Heineken Bottle, Cans and Multipacks only. Packs without the offer are also available in the market.
5. Prize
a. Participants will be chosen between 12:00:01 AM to 11: 59:59 PM during the Contest Period and they will be eligible to win various rewards. Participants will be chosen through a computerized, scientific random selection by UBL or the Agency appointed by UBL
b. There will be 6000 Digital Reward winners who will be selected to win a 3 Month OTT Voucher or Swiggy One Annual Subscription Or Uber Voucher worth Rs 300 in the contest period
c. There will be 1800 Physical merchandise winners who will win Heineken Merchandise in the contest period. – Weekly Winners
d. There will be 08 Winners to Win Stadium in a Box. – Mega Winners
e. There will be 02 Winners to Win UCL Tickets. – Bumper Winners
6. How to Participate:
a. Any participant can enter the Contest any number of times from a mobile number during the Contest Period.
b. To participate in the Contest, participants must scan the QR Code or visit https://www.heineken.com/in/en/ucl2025 and register using their mobile number.
c. After completing their registration, participants will be required to play a web-based Football game. Post successful completion of the game, the participants will be required to enter their name & Email ID to complete the participation process.
d. UBL and Agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
i. For any SPAM generated messages.
ii. For any SMS message delivery failures.
iii. Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any other technical reason.
iv. Any damage or loss to the device through which the Contest is entered into or used for participation.
v. If the participant has registered himself/herself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign.
7. Winner Selection:
a. A draw through random computerized selection will be conducted during the Contest Period to select the winners.
b. Daily Rewards will be selected computerised scientific Randomised selection.
c. Weekly Winners will be selected based on the ranking on the leaderboard.
d. Winners for the Mega and Bumper winners will be selected based randomised computer selection from a pool of Entries from Pan India excluding Tamil Nadu and regions where prohibited by law.
e. Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process and documentation requirement of UBL.
f. Prize once conferred upon the winner, cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the winner does not take the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the designated prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
g. Any unused prize or voucher is not renewable, transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable, as may be applicable, for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash or lieu of any other consideration as the case may be.
h. UBL shall provide the prize on an "as-is basis" and without any warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, suitability or comfort, and UBL and/or its associates, affiliates and/ or its management, directors, officers, agents, representatives, employees shall not be responsible for or liable (including but not limited to the product and service liabilities) for deficiency and/ or defect of any product/service and/or the prize or for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, in any manner whatsoever. If any Participant has any grievance with respect to the prize, he/she may directly contact the manufacturer.
i. The image of the prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC's/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction or claims made.
j. UBL or its Agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the prize due to act of god, government action and other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
k. Any participant of the contest who wins a prize during the Contest Period shall not be eligible to win any further prizes with an exception to Daily winner. Daily winner can also win in other category rewards once.
l. The winner shall be selected on the basis of the unique mobile number and unique Email ID. More than one entry shall not be recorded or entertained.
8. Contacting Winners:
a. Once the Winners are selected, the Agency appointed by UBL may contact the customer and inform them of the terms and way they are eligible to claim their prize.
b. For Digital Rewards: The winners will receive their claim code / reward code with the instructions to claim their reward on their winning mobile number.
c. For physical merchandise rewards: The Agency may contact the participant on their winning mobile number. In the event, the shortlisted winner's number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, two (2) more attempts will be made to reach the Participant. If even on the third attempt, the Participant does not attend the call or is unreachable, the Participant's participation in the contest comes to an end and the Participant's entry stands cancelled and Participant becomes ineligible to receive the prize.
d. In the event the shortlisted winner attends the call on either the second or third attempt, the procedure outlined in step (f) shall apply.
e. If any shortlisted winner remains unreachable on the third attempt or is not interested in continuing in the Contest or is otherwise ineligible to participate, the Agency shall conduct up to two (2) more random selections to shortlist a Participant. If even after a second random selection, no winner is selected, no prize shall be declared in respect of the Contest.
f. In case of a positive response from the shortlisted winner, each such shortlisted winner will be required to confirm age, identity and address over the phone on a recorded line and send the following documents and collateral:
i. Identity Proof with age & complete address for courier of prize.
ii. For gifts above Rs. 10,000, PAN card & Aadhar card copy is mandatory.
g. This will be referred to as the Participation Module for the winner. The completed Participation Module needs to be sent by email within 2 business days.
h. Upon receipt of the Participation Module, UBL or its Agency shall scrutinize all the documents so received. If all the documents and the wrapper submitted are in order and valid then the respective participants may be treated as confirmed winners.
i. No prize will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) at the time of entering the contest is incorrect/incomplete/found inaccurate upon due diligence.
j. The cost and expenses of postage shall be borne by the customer and the Agency shall not be responsible for any accident or mishap or loss of the Participation Module by the Participant in transit. The responsibility of ensuring that the Participation Module reaches the address as duly prescribed in the contest lies solely with the customer.
k. No justification/explanation for non-receipt of the Participation Module or any missing documents shall be accepted.
l. In the event of the death of the confirmed winner, no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the confirmed winner shall be entertained for receiving the prize.
m. UBL and the Agency disclaim any accuracy or perfection of the Contest and shall take no responsibility for the safety or negligence of Participants while entering or participating in the Contest.
9. Publicity:
a. The Participant/s undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit UBL to cover the Contest through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard. Any objection, protest or demurring of such coverage may entail appropriate action along with relinquishment of the right to obtain any receivable under the Contest.
b. The winners must, at the request of UBL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to UBL using their name and image in promotional material.
c. UBL and Agency reserve all legal rights to take necessary legal remedy against such persons who attempt to make allegation or tarnish the image of UBL or any of its brands.
10. Intellectual Property:
a. All rights, title and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights, in the promotional material(s) and in any and all responses received shall vest solely and exclusively with UBL at all times. UBL or any person or entity permitted by UBL in this regard shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the entry in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity, and any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the Participant.
b. All material submitted in connection with the Contest (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of Participants are assigned to UBL Ltd upon submission and become the property of UBL exclusively. UBL may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of UBL
11. General Terms & Conditions:
a. Each Participant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. By taking part and/or entering into the Contest, the Participant warrants that all information provided by the Participant regarding Participant's name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete.
b. The decision of UBL or its Agency, as regards the selection of winners and distribution of the prizes shall be final, subject only to UBL 's approval. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
c. No queries, claims, disputes, complaints or grievances shall be entertained by UBL and its agency after 60 days from the date of the closure of the contest.
d. The prizes cannot be exchanged and are not transferable and cannot be converted into cash or any other benefit. Further, the prizes are subject to the appropriate tax rules as applicable.
e. The Agency shall provide the prize on an "as-is basis" and without any warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, suitability or comfort, and UBL and/or its associates, affiliates and/ or its management, directors, officers, agents, representatives shall not be responsible for or liable (including but not limited to the product and service liabilities) for deficiency and/ or defect of any product/service and/or the prize or for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, in any manner whatsoever.
f. UBL reserves the right to change, defer, alter or cancel this Contest in part or in full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of UBL in this regard and in general with respect to this Contest and the terms and conditions thereto shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
g. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment or representation by UBL to conduct any further contest. However, UBL reserves the right to extend the Contest and the duration thereof and this shall not be considered as causing any detriment to the existing Participants.
h. The decision of UBL shall be final in all regards and no communication shall be entertained in this regard. None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between any Participant and UBL and the Participant shall not have the authority to bind UBL in any manner whatsoever.
i. UBL or any of its respective officers/employees/directors shall not be responsible for delayed, lost, mutilated, corrupted or illegible documents, etc.
j. UBL or its Agency shall not be liable to perform any of its/their respective obligations under the Contest or in respect of the prize where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its/their control in the nature of fire, explosions, natural calamities, state emergency, riots, force majeure condition, any unforeseen event, etc., and shall not be liable to compensate the Participant in these circumstances.
k. UBL or it’s agency shall not be accountable/liable for any disruptions/stoppages/interruptions or cancellation of the Contest due to any government restrictions.
l. Failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or waiver of other rights or remedies on the part of UBL or its Agency.
m. UBL or its agency accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, loss of SMS, loss of internet connectivity, unique codes, documents, demand drafts, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorized data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise. UBL or its agents shall not be liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
n. The prize will be dispatched within 45 business days post successful verification of the documents submitted by the winner.
o. If a Participant is dissatisfied with the Contest or the Contest rules and/or any content or any requirements of the Contest form, the materials available related thereto, or with these terms and conditions, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Contest.
p. If a person chooses to access the Contest Website from outside India, he/she shall do so on his/her own initiative and shall be responsible for compliance with applicable local laws of the country.
q. The participation in the Contest is purely voluntary and the same shall be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein. Participant consents to UBL or the Agency to collect their personal data. Such data shall be stored and used for the purpose of this Contest, in compliance with Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011.
r. To participate in this contest regular call and message rates may apply.
s. To use this offer, standard fair usage policy and usage norms set by the respective telecom operator shall apply.
t. The Contest is subject to the guidelines/directions issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, Department of Telecommunications, and any governmental or statutory authority as may be applicable from time to time.
u. Premier Sales Promotions or UBL cannot be held responsible for changes in telecom plans, changes in recharge denomination by operators or government agencies. In the event that a particular recharge denomination has been discontinued by the telecom provider, Premier Sales Promotions reserves the right to offer the customer an alternative reward of equal or lower value. This would complete our promotional obligations to any Participant/Winner..
v. Participation in the Contest does not imply any acceptance to any offer contained herein and the same shall be subject to the Participant satisfying the Terms and Conditions contained herein and pending other preliminary verification/due diligence done by UBL
12. Release and Limitations of Liability:
a. UBL or its Agency and the agency shall under no circumstances be liable, whether jointly or severally, for any loss or damage suffered or sustained (including but not limited to consequential loss), including for personal injury or property damage suffered or sustained, as a result of the participation in the contest and / or acceptance of any prize.
b. It is hereby presumed that the Participants are medically (physically and mentally) fit to participate in the contest. Any loss/harm/injury suffered by any Participant shall therefore have no relation to/bear no consequence upon UBL
c. The Contest and games presented therein may require movements/actions which shall be performed with due care and caution to the environment and elements associated therewith including risk to the Participants themselves and UBL shall not be liable for any loss/harm/injury resulting from lack of caution/adequate care in such cases.
d. By entering the Contest, the Participant hereby releases from and agrees to indemnify UBL and its Agency, and/ or any of its respective officers/employees from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the prize or participation in the Contest including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise.
e. The Contest and the games associated therewith carry an inherent element of risk and UBL takes no responsibility for any harm/injury/loss suffered by any Participant/player of his/her own volition and accord. All Participants undertake to participate knowing the risks inherently associated with the Contest/games including the addictive nature of such events.
f. UBL and the Agency accept no liability, whether jointly or severally, for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself, Agency or third parties in relation to the prizes.
g. The Participant shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to his/her participation in the Contest by conducting an illegal act. The Participant also undertakes to indemnify UBL and/or the Agency and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents on the happening of such an event (including without limitation to cost of an attorney, legal charges, etc.) on a full indemnity basis for any loss/damage suffered by UBL or the Agency on account of such activity on the part of the Participant.
h. In consideration of UBL allowing the Participant/s to take part in the Contest, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Participant/s waive and release each and every right or claim, all actions, causes of actions (present or future) each of them has or may have against UBL, its respective agents, directors, officers, business associates, group companies, sponsors, employees, or representatives for all and any injuries, accidents, or mishaps (whether known or unknown) or (whether anticipated or unanticipated) arising out of the Contest or related to the Contest or the prize of the Contest.
i. The contest is being launched by/conducted by the Agency.
13. Dispute:
a. The courts of competent jurisdiction at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Contest. Participation in the Contest is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including (without limitation) this clause.
b. Further all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participants and/or UBL and/or Partners of this Contest shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
14. General Terms & Conditions :-
a. This Contest is not available to employees, agents, Dealers, or Distributors of UBL and Agency, its clients or agencies and their immediate families.
b. This Contest is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.
c. This Contest is not exchangeable for “cash”, any other benefits or for sale.
d. Photocopied, torn or mutilated vouchers will not be accepted.
e. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Contests.
f. The usage of this voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
g. Only one voucher per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together. A maximum of 1 voucher can be used per person, per mobile number, per email id during the promotion period.
h. If the Agency has already emailed/ sent by SMS, or communicated via any other means, Agency will not re-send the voucher code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the entrant.
i. The list of participating venues/restaurants remain subject to change as per the partnering App.
j. Agency or UBL cannot be held responsible for changes in voucher usage policies by the offer partner (Swiggy/Uber/3 month OTT platform) which is not under the control of Agency or UBL In the event that a particular offer has been discontinued by the offer provider, Premier Sales Promotions reserves the right to offer the customer an alternative reward of equal value.
k. The “How to Redeem” instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Additionally, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
l. UBL is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
m. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage UBL's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, UBL reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If UBL suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify UBL for those losses, damages, and costs.
n. UBL and Agency accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Agency vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured venues.
o. Agency, its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
p. Agency is acting as an executing agency for this Contest and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc, in any case whatsoever.
q. UBL does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered as vouchers under the offer. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. of such a product or service.
r. The Terms and Conditions of the offer can be changed during the promotional period by Agency or by UBL
s. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.

2. Validity:
